Salon Policies

My livelihood depends on reliable clients, your
courtesy is appreciated.

I do require minimum 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment.

 

Same day cancellations (without 24 hour notice) or no-shows, at the salon’s discretion, will be subject to a minimum 
service charge of $25 or one half of the cost of the
service missed. Payment will be due before your next appointment is booked. If you no show, and don't contact me to cancel, you will not be rebooked.

We know wether conditions can change quite quickly, however without adequate 24 hours notice, a short notice cancelation fee will apply - unless the City has called for school closures and services are limited. 

If there is a storm coming, I will be in contact with you ahead of time to make other arrangements if necessary.

If my schedule has changed, I will do my best to rebook you at a time that will be suitable.

I like to stay on time and my schedule is designed to permit the correct amount of time needed for your services. If you need to make any changes to your appointment - missing nails, new design, etc that may require more time- please let me know ahead of time so I can make any necessary changes to my schedule.

If you are running late, please let me know. Late arrival may shorten your appointment, as the next guest cn not be delayed, and you will be charged the full service price for your appointment. I fully understand  that sometimes there are situations that can not be avoided, unfortunately  arriving more than 15 minutes late  will result in having to rebook and possibly a no show fee.

I kindly ask that if you have an appointment  and your child does not, other arrangements be made for their care or at the salons's discretion the appointment may be rescheduled. This allows you to enjoy your appointment without distraction or interruption. I do have a small space, I kindly ask that you do not bring an entourage with you.

 

Payment options are E Transfer, cash and Credit Card. Sorry NO DEBIT at this time.

Payment is due the day of your service, E Transfers must be sent before leaving the salon.
